Saud Shakeel, the skipper of Quetta Gladiators says Karachi Kings started well with the bat but his players had the belief to win from any position. Shares their fielders brought them into the game today. Reckons it was a 180-200 pitch but they are losing quite a few wickets in the Powerplay.
Abrar Ahmed wins the PLAYER OF THE MATCH AWARD. He says he was looking for wickets. Tells he bowled flippers and googlies, mixed his lines to get rewards.
..Presentation...
David Warner, the skipper of Karachi Kings says they will look at the positive, their bowlers did well by taking early wickets. Tells he doesn't mind losing but they handed over the win to the opposition. Shares Quetta Gladiators didn't bowl well in particular but his team was complacent in the middle phase. Reckons it was a 160-run wicket but they bowled well in the first innings to restrict Quetta Gladiators.
Quetta Gladiators deserve a lot of appreciation here. They were done and dusted with the bat, ending with a below par total and needed something special to stay in the game. Their bowlers were taken to the cleaners by Tim Seifert and James Vince who made a mockery of the run chase at one point. Vince fell but Karachi Kings still had plenty of batting to come. However, Saud Shakeel shuffled his bowlers brilliantly. He actually brought himself into the attack to get Vince's wicket which started the downfall. It was in that period, during 10-15 overs where Quetta Gladiators pulled things back and started to boil a special win. Mohammad Amir, Mohammad Wasim and Khurram Shahzad took two wickets each while Abrar Ahmed and Saud Shakeel ended with one wicket each.
A famous, famous win for Quetta Gladiators! What a performance this is from their bowling group! They have done the unthinkable when the tides were against them. Karachi Kings were rolling through at the halfway stage. When Tim Seifert was out there, it seemed like Karachi Kings will cruise through but his wicket brought a downfall no one saw coming. At the end of the 11th over, Karachi Kings needed something around 54 runs off 54 balls but the middle order collapsed strangely without much pressure hovering over them.

FOUR! EDGY! This is full and outside off, Ali looks to drive it away but inside edges it past the stumps and to fine leg but it won't matter much as Quetta Gladiators win by 5 runs.
