Zak Crawley wins the PLAYER OF THE MATCH AWARD for his fine fifty! He says it was an important win for them with a good all-round performance. Admits he premeditates more than he does in the red-ball game. Tells he has backup of a lot of key players in the line up so he can play freely. Feels Adil Rashid and others bowled really well and is surprised he is winning this award.
However, just as Northern Superchargers bowled in the end, London Spirit bowled it tight in the middle phase and blocked all the boundaries for a long time but Northern Superchargers had the edge as Zak Crawley gave them a blistering start and didn't hesitate when they went around 15 deliveries without a boundary. However, with singles and doubles and odd boundaries, Northern Superchargers kept crawling to the finishing line before Harry Brook came out and smashed a couple of boundaries to get the job done.
A comfortable win for Northern Superchargers and they are back to winning ways. This was a well-executed game by them. They bowled according to plan initially, with the seamers setting the tone while the spinners, Adil Rashid and Mitchell Santner keeping it tight in the middle phase. However, the turning point came when London Spirit struggled to hit a single boundary in the last 20 deliveries. In reply, Zak Crawley started with three boundaries in the first four deliveries and set the tone.

FOUR! Harry Brook is off the mark in style. A good length delivery, outside off, width on offer. Harry Brook carves it over point, aerially for a boundary. Just opens the face of the bat at the last moment.
