Not a lot to talk about the Dindigul Dragons' bowling as they just had 93 runs to defend and failed to do so. Ganeshan Periyaswamy got the solitary wicket of Amith Sathvik, but the rest of the attack was taken to the cleaners. Earlier today, the Dragons batted first and were dismissed for a paltry score. Shivam Singh and Ravichandran Ashwin started well with the bat, but the middle and the lower order crumbled like a pack of cards and failed to get into three digits. Esakkimuthu A, with four wickets, was the standout bowler for IDream Tiruppur Tamizhans and was ably supported by Sai Kishore and Mathivannan M. This win takes the IDream Tiruppur Tamizhans to the second place in the points table while the Dindigul Dragons have slipped to number five.
A clinical all-round effort from the IDream Tiruppur Tamizhans sees them defeat the Dindigul Dragons by nine wickets in what was a thumping win for the Sai Kishore-led side. Chasing just 94 for the victory, IDream Tiruppur Tamizhans lost Amith Sathvik early, but Tushar Raheja and Radhakrishnan added an unbeaten 75-run stand to take their side home. Tushar Raheja was the aggressor with a fine 65 off just 39 balls, while Radhakrishnan played the anchor with a steady knock. This is also the first win for the IDream Tiruppur Tamizhans in the 2025 season, and they will be delighted with a dominant victory.
